SMS Terms of Service

AppCare Book is a DBA of Driver Coverage Center LLC.

The AppCare Book SMS Program sends recurring text messages from AppCare Book as part of the Home Appliance Care Tip Series. Depending on the categories you select, messages include account notifications about your subscription, such as confirmations, account updates, and service messages, or recurring marketing messages with appliance care tips, special offers, and announcements about newly published appliance guides covering topics such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, filters, vents, cleaning, and maintenance schedules.

The program offers two separate message categories:

• Account Notifications: Subscription confirmations, account updates, and service messages about your tip series subscription.
• Marketing: Recurring marketing messages with appliance care tips, special offers, and guide announcements.

Each category requires its own separate consent. You may choose one, both, or neither.

You can opt in only through the subscribe form on this website. To enroll in an SMS category, enter your phone number, check the consent box for that category, and submit the form. Consent checkboxes are never preselected, and providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in any SMS category.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

Message frequency varies depending on the categories you select and our publishing schedule.

Msg & data rates may apply to messages sent and received under this program. Check with your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel the applicable program. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again. You can also ask to be removed by contacting us at the email address or phone number below.

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the phone number you provide. The program is intended for U.S. wireless numbers.

Your use of the AppCare Book SMS Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
